'Know Your Strength Coaching' is dedicated to empowering women through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching.
In society, women have been forced into a "picture perfect" image. Society has a way of telling us how we should feel about our body's. It is never enough, we're either too fat, too skinny, too muscular, too weak. Over and over again society tells us that we're too much. Making us believe that we'll never be enough.
I am here to tell you: YOU ARE ENOUGH.

Meet your Coach
Coach Cat

Cat is a former high school athlete. She struggled with severe body image issues from a young age and believed there was nothing she could do about it. After High school she struggled with binge eating, mental health issues, and developed even worse body image issues. She finally realized how unhealthy her lifestyle was and that SHE didn't deserve to feel this way anymore. She realized that she COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! SO SHE DID.
With 4 years of consistency, hard work, and determination Cat was able to not only build a physique she's proud of. But she has become stronger both physically and mentally. She has made many mistakes and LEARNED from them. She has learned what it means to unlock your strength, and to SHOW UP FOR YOU!
She has 2 years of coaching,
guiding women towards a sustainable transformation. Her mission is to guide as many women as possible, to encourage them to step into their strongest self. To help them learn exactly just how capable we truly are!
